The Journal of Applied Interdisciplinary Research (JAIR) invites contributions on resilient communities and regions in the digital age for the next issue 2027. 

Please submit your abstract until July 15^th, 2026. Information about the acceptance of full paper submission will be sent out by July 31^st, 2026. Full papers are to be submitted in line with our style guidelines and citation rules (see section Information for Authors) via the journal’s website until November 30^th, 2026. They will undergo a double-blind peer reviewing process by two reviewers which should be completed by February 28^th, 2027. The publication of the issue is scheduled for May 2027.

The publication of the next issue of the JAIR is scheduled for spring 2026.

We are looking forward to receiving your contributions with a focus on interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary applied sciences for the next issue. Please submit your article in line with our style guidelines and citation rules (see section Information for Authors) via the journal’s website until June 30th, 2026. Contributions need to be submitted in English. They will undergo a double-blind peer reviewing process by two reviewers. We will notify the authors of articles accepted for review within 2 weeks. The publication of the issue is scheduled for winter 2026/2027.
