Gregor Jaburek (formerly Biletzki) studied Law at Regensburg University, where he also obtained his doctorate. After serving as a judge at a local court, he was employed at the Bavarian Ministry of Economics and then took on the position of Vice-Chancellor at Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg. He has been Chancellor at Deggendorf Institute of Technology since 2007. His academic interests lie in the fields of higher education law and civil service law.
